Time: Two ans a half days (or rather nights) but only 4 or 5 hour of continuous work

Program: Photoshop 7.0 (Yes, I know... but I'm at a very slow PC and Illustrator isnt running here and I dont like flash's interface pretty much. But what a hell, all I needed was the pen-tool and a few gradients)
